What is Beowulf?
Heorot is in danger and Beowulf is called upon by King Hrothgar to help. A demon has been feeding on the drunken men in the mead hall, and scaring all the citizens out of the kingdom. Grendel, the monster spawned in the slime of evil, will be stopped by the hero named Beowulf. In a melee at the mead hall, Grendel and Beowulf fight it out hand to hand, ripping off one of Grendel's arms he flees back to his cave. Beowulf and his men follow the blood trail only to come to a lake. Submerging into the lake, Beowulf finds himself face to face with a swamp hag, also known as Grendel's mother. Beheading this foul creature, our hero finds a weak Grendel at the bottom of the lake and finishes him off too. Beowulf takes the reward he was promised from King Hrothgar then sets off back home. The King of Geats years later decided to slay a dragon that has been causing trouble. Rounding up his army, he traverses the lands to find this serpent. After the dragon is found, Beowulf finds himself in a one v. one with the beast. After crtical damage is done to the king, Wiglaf, an honorable soldier of the king's army helps his king finish off the dragon. As a dying wish from Beowulf, he asks Wiglaf to build a lighthouse up high, so he can be remembered.
